"Lam Lams" is a family owned & operated small business based in Moreton Bay. It was established in 2023, after Daniel's grandma Merle passed away in late 2022. Merle loved baking & cooking in general.. Christmas's, school holidays, family meet ups, you name it, always consisted of her in the kitchen baking up a storm. She loved making Pavlovas, biscuits, cakes and of course lamingtons.

We have taken her lamington recipe and made some tweaks of our own and created "Lam Lams". Making a variety of Gourmet lamingtons we Operate at various markets & events across the Moreton bay region. We also offer wholesale options to cafes and custom orders for your next birthday, baby shower, or event.
